Who this notice covers

This notice supplements the Rewarding Area Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. AffiliateEx operates Rewarding Area from 3691 Reel Avenue, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, United States. Privacy requests: support@rewardingarea.com. AffiliateEx began operations on July 28, 2025. This version is effective October 31, 2026.

Personal information categories, examples, and collection

The categories below describe information the current promotion is designed to collect. Whether every item was collected in a particular case depends on the entrant’s actions and the campaign. Identifiers: email, name, postal address, telephone number, IP address, cookie/session identifiers, click ID, campaign and publisher identifiers, Sub IDs, and similar online identifiers. California customer-record information: name, address, email, and telephone number. Protected-classification information: title and gender when supplied, and date of birth/age. Internet or network activity: pages viewed, form and survey interactions, offer clicks, browser/device signals, timestamps, and analytics events. Inferences: interests or preferences inferred from survey responses and flow activity. We do not request Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or bank-account credentials in the entry form.

Sources and purposes

We receive information directly from entrants through registration forms, surveys, and offer choices; automatically from use of the site and its cookies, logs, and analytics; from the referral or tracking link that brought a visitor to the site; and from service providers or partner systems that report an offer click or configured server-to-server lead event. We use it to operate entries and campaigns, save progress and answers, determine which survey and offers to display, validate age and eligibility, prevent fraud, support the site, measure traffic and campaign performance, attribute clicks and partner-reported leads, document consent and TrustedForm sessions, respond to requests, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Disclosure and recipient categories

We may disclose relevant information to hosting, database, security, ZIP-code lookup, email, analytics, consent-record, and TrustedForm providers that help operate the site; to the campaign tracking and offer-network providers configured for attribution and server-to-server reporting; and to a third-party offer provider when an entrant selects that offer and authorizes the configured prefill. Partner offer providers then handle received information under their own notices and terms. The exact fields sent depend on the offer configuration. We do not send direct personal information in click IDs or Sub IDs. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Rewarding Area is a lead-generation promotion and can route information to third-party offer providers when an entrant affirmatively chooses an offer and authorizes prefill. The legal treatment of a particular transfer as a “sale” or “sharing” depends on the data, recipient, and arrangement. We do not describe all partner or tracking disclosures as a sale, and this notice does not claim that no sale or sharing occurs. California residents may submit an opt-out request at support@rewardingarea.com with “California privacy opt-out” in the subject. We will review the request and apply it to activities covered by applicable law. You may decline an offer and its prefill authorization. Privacy Choices controls optional browser analytics/advertising technologies; it does not itself delete data already received by a partner or service provider.

Sensitive information and retention

The entry form is not designed to request Social Security numbers, account passwords, financial account details, precise geolocation, health data, or other sensitive information. Participant and promotion activity records older than six months are removed during a daily cleanup. This includes registration details, survey answers, attribution values, offer events, conversion and callback logs, consent records, TrustedForm certificate references, and related report history. We may retain a limited record longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. Campaign, landing-page, survey, offer, and publisher configuration is retained while it remains in use. Deidentified aggregate statistics may be retained where they cannot reasonably identify a person.

California privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and recipient categories; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where the law provides that right; and receive equal treatment for exercising privacy rights. You may submit a request by emailing support@rewardingarea.com. Include “California privacy request” and identify the email address used for your entry. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify an access, correction, or deletion request. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out request where the law prohibits it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted; we may request proof of authority and, where legally allowed, verification from the consumer. If we deny a request, you may reply “Appeal” to the decision email and explain your concern. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines; California requests to know, correct, or delete generally receive a response within 45 days, with a permitted extension when notice is given. Applicable opt-out requests are processed as soon as feasible and within the required period. Some records may be retained under legal exceptions or to complete a transaction, protect security, or exercise legal rights.

Partner offers and compensation

AffiliateEx may receive compensation when you click, sign up for, or complete certain partner offers. This compensation helps support Rewarding Area and its prize promotions. Partner offers are optional and do not affect your entry or odds. Each partner operates independently and has its own offer terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, and other policies. Review those documents on the partner’s page before deciding whether to continue. Any information you provide directly to a partner is handled under that partner’s policies.

Analytics, cookies, and TrustedForm

Microsoft Clarity session analytics are enabled by default for this promotion and can be turned off in Privacy Choices. Clarity may record interactions with the site; tracking values used for campaign analysis must not contain direct personal information. The registration page also uses ActiveProspect TrustedForm Certify to document the form session and create a certificate. A certificate URL may be stored with the entry. The providers’ own privacy terms apply to their processing. See the main Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices page for more detail.
