Effective date and operator

Effective October 31, 2026. AffiliateEx operates Rewarding Area and began operations on July 28, 2025. Mailing address: 3691 Reel Avenue, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, United States. Privacy contact: support@rewardingarea.com.

Information we collect

Depending on what you submit and how you use the promotion, we collect: registration details (email, first and last name, street address, ZIP code, city, state, title, date of birth, and phone number); survey answers and offer choices; entry progress, consent records, and TrustedForm certificate URL; offer clicks and partner-reported lead events; and attribution values included in referral links, such as campaign, publisher, click ID, Sub IDs 1–5, and UTM values. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, and requested pages. The form does not request Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or bank-account credentials. Do not put direct personal information in tracking parameters.

How information reaches us

We receive information from you through registration, surveys, and offer selections; automatically through site logs, session technologies, and analytics; from the tracker or publisher values in the link you used; and from configured partners when they report an offer event or send a server-to-server conversion notification. A partner lead is recorded only after a configured notification is received and validated; clicking an offer alone is not a conversion.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site; administer entries and save survey progress; choose which survey and offer pages to show; check age and eligibility and prevent abuse; route a selected offer; prefill partner forms only when you choose the offer and provide the applicable authorization; measure traffic and promotion performance; attribute clicks and partner-reported leads; document consent and form sessions; respond to support and privacy requests; and meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs.

When information is shared

We use service providers for hosting, database, security, ZIP-code lookup, email, analytics, consent records, and TrustedForm session certification. Campaign tracking and offer-network providers receive the attribution and event values needed for configured tracking and server-to-server reporting. If you choose a third-party offer and authorize prefill, we send only the fields configured for that offer; the provider handles them under its own privacy notice. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or support a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell information in exchange for a standalone cash payment. Some disclosures to partners or for advertising/measurement may be treated as “sale” or “sharing” under certain privacy laws, depending on the facts; you can submit a request to opt out at support@rewardingarea.com.

Partner offers and compensation

AffiliateEx may receive compensation when you click, sign up for, or complete certain partner offers. This compensation helps support Rewarding Area and its prize promotions. Partner offers are optional and do not affect your entry or odds. Each partner operates independently and has its own offer terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, and other policies. Review those documents on the partner’s page before deciding whether to continue. Any information you provide directly to a partner is handled under that partner’s policies.

TrustedForm and Microsoft Clarity

ActiveProspect TrustedForm Certify loads on the registration page to document the form session and create a certificate. The certificate URL may be saved with the entry, and the certificate may include information entered in the form. ActiveProspect’s terms and privacy notice also govern its handling of certificate data. Microsoft Clarity session analytics are enabled by default for this promotion. You can turn analytics off in Privacy Choices. That preference stops future Clarity loading after it is saved; it does not remove data already sent to Microsoft. Clarity may receive pseudonymous campaign or attribution tags, which must not contain direct personal information.

Cookies and ZIP-code lookup

Necessary session/security technologies support the entry flow. Privacy Choices stores analytics and optional advertising/measurement settings in browser cookies for up to 180 days. Clearing cookies or switching browsers/devices may reset those choices. When you enter a ZIP code, the form contacts an external lookup service to suggest city and state; that provider receives the ZIP code and technical request data needed to respond.

Retention and security

Participant and promotion activity records older than six months are removed during a daily cleanup. This includes registration details, survey answers, attribution values, offer events, conversion and callback logs, consent records, TrustedForm certificate references, and related report history. We may retain a limited record longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. Campaign, landing-page, survey, offer, and publisher configuration is retained while it remains in use. Deidentified aggregate statistics may be retained where they cannot reasonably identify a person. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers performing services for us.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can change analytics and optional advertising/measurement settings on the Privacy Choices page. Depending on your state and applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Send requests to support@rewardingarea.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify requests where permitted or required and will respond within applicable deadlines. Certain information may be retained under legal exceptions. You may contact a provider directly about information it controls under its own notice.

Children and eligibility

This promotion is intended for U.S. residents age 18 or older. The registration flow blocks entry when the date of birth indicates a person is under 18, and the site is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact support@rewardingarea.com so we can review it.

Changes and contact

We may revise this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
