About these terms and the operator
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Rewarding Area websites and promotional entry flows operated by AffiliateEx. “Rewarding Area,” “AffiliateEx,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this service. Business address: 3691 Reel Avenue, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, United States. AffiliateEx began operations on July 28, 2025. These Terms take effect when the current version is published.
Eligibility and your information
The promotions described on this site are intended for legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years old. The Official Rules for each campaign control eligibility, exclusions, entry limits, and prize details. You must provide complete and accurate information and keep your email address current so the operator can contact you about your entry. Entries may be rejected where permitted by law if information is materially false, incomplete, automated, or submitted to interfere with the promotion.
How the entry flow works
You may submit the registration information requested on a landing page and proceed through that campaign’s survey questions. Survey responses can be saved as you continue and may be used to select or route relevant survey and partner-offer pages, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Partner offers are operated by third parties. You may choose an offer or use the Skip control where shown to continue. Before continuing, review the offer provider terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, and other policies on the provider page. Selecting an offer opens the independent provider destination. A partner decides whether you qualify for or complete its offer. A partner click by itself does not mean a lead or conversion has been accepted by the partner.
No purchase; prizes and winner notices
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your odds. Partner offers are optional and declining or skipping one does not change your sweepstakes odds. Prize availability, value, entry periods, winner selection, odds, and claim steps are described in the Official Rules for the applicable promotion. A completed entry is not a notice that you have won. Potential winners are contacted by email as described in those rules. We will not ask you to pay a fee to claim a prize.
Partner offers, links, and brands
AffiliateEx may receive compensation when you click, sign up for, or complete certain partner offers. This compensation helps support Rewarding Area and its prize promotions. Partner offers are optional; choosing or skipping one does not affect your entry or odds. Each offer is operated independently and has its own offer terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, and other policies. Review those documents on the partner’s page before deciding whether to continue. Any information you provide directly to the partner is handled under the partner’s policies. AffiliateEx does not control the partner’s services, offer availability, acceptance decision, data practices, or outcome. Brand names and logos identify the advertised prize or partner and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless the applicable Official Rules expressly state otherwise.
Privacy, certification, and tracking
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share registration details, survey answers, TrustedForm certificate information, analytics data, attribution values, and offer-prefill information. Privacy Choices describes available analytics and advertising preferences. If you choose a partner offer and authorize prefill, selected details may be sent to that partner. We may use click IDs, publisher values, and Sub IDs to attribute traffic and partner events. A lead conversion is recorded only after a configured server-to-server conversion notice is received and validated. Do not place direct personal information in tracking parameters.
Site availability and equipment
You are responsible for the device, browser, internet access, and email account you use. We do not guarantee that the site or any third-party service will be uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or available in every location. Your internet or mobile provider may charge you for access or data use.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not submit someone else’s information without authorization, use bots or scripts to create entries, attempt to bypass eligibility or security controls, interfere with site operation, scrape or copy site content without permission, or misrepresent your identity. We may investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable steps to protect participants, partners, and the site, consistent with applicable law and the Official Rules.
Site content and intellectual property
The Rewarding Area site design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to AffiliateEx, except for third-party materials and marks owned by their respective holders. You may use the site for personal participation in its promotions. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Do not copy, alter, sell, republish, or commercially exploit site materials without permission or a right provided by law.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update site features, correct errors, or suspend access for security, maintenance, suspected abuse, or legal reasons. Changes to a live sweepstakes, including cancellation or material changes, will be handled according to its Official Rules and applicable law. If these Terms conflict with the Official Rules for a specific promotion, the Official Rules govern that promotion’s entry and prize terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, AffiliateEx disclaims implied warranties relating to site availability and third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right where that exclusion or limit is prohibited by law. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services, but this does not limit any responsibility that applicable law assigns to us.
Electronic communications
By submitting an entry or contacting us electronically, you agree that we may send entry-related notices to the email address you provided. Electronic records and actions on the site may document your submission or choices. This does not combine separate marketing consent with entry consent or authorize marketing contact beyond the choices you make and applicable law.
Governing terms and contact
These Terms are subject to applicable federal and state law, including consumer protections that cannot be waived. No arbitration requirement or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.
