Promotion and sponsor
AffiliateEx, operator of Rewarding Area, 3691 Reel Avenue, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, United States, sponsors and administers the promotion displayed on the Rewarding Area landing page used to enter. Each landing page identifies its prize and its own monthly drawing pool unless that page expressly says entries are combined. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the brand whose gift card or product is shown.
Promotion period
Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the first calendar day of the month and closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the last calendar day of that month. The drawing takes place after the period closes, and potential winners are announced at month-end by email. Entries received outside the monthly period are not eligible.
Who may enter
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years old at entry. Residents of the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and other jurisdictions are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and members of their immediate households of the sponsor and promotion administrator are not eligible.
How to enter; no purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve the odds. To enter, visit the applicable Rewarding Area landing page during the monthly period, complete the free registration, and submit the requested survey responses. Limit one entry per person per landing-page drawing pool per monthly period. Partner offers are optional; clicking, declining, or skipping an offer does not affect entry or odds. Entries must be submitted by the entrant and may not be automated, duplicated, or fraudulent. No alternative purchase or payment is required.
Prize(s) and approximate retail value
The prize is the specific item shown on the Rewarding Area landing page used to enter. Each $750 gift-card promotion awards one gift card with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $750. The iPhone promotion awards the iPhone model and configuration identified on its landing page; its ARV is the item's retail value at the time of award. A winner's aggregate prize ARV will not exceed $5,000. Prizes are subject to availability and will not be replaced with cash except where required by law.
Odds and winner selection
After each monthly period closes, potential winners are selected at random from eligible entries in each landing-page drawing pool. The selection rate is one potential winner for every 100 eligible entries; any pool with fewer than 100 eligible entries will have one potential winner selected. The odds for an entrant depend on the number of eligible entries in that pool. Entries from different landing pages are not combined unless the landing pages expressly identify a shared drawing.
Winner notification and verification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the end of each month using the address provided at entry. The notice will include claim instructions and a response deadline. The sponsor may verify age, residency, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond by the stated deadline, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected at random from the same drawing pool. No fee or payment is required to claim a prize.
Prize conditions and taxes
Prizes are not transferable except as required by law. The winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and other costs not expressly included in the prize description. The sponsor will provide tax forms when required by law. Where a prize cannot be provided as described, the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.
Publicity, liability, and disputes
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the sponsor's decisions, which are final on matters relating to the promotion. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. The sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted service, or entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected, except where caused by the sponsor's own violation of law. If an event beyond the sponsor's reasonable control prevents the promotion from operating as intended, the sponsor may modify or end the promotion only as permitted by law and will honor eligible entries already received.
Privacy and partner offers
Information is handled as described in the Rewarding Area Privacy Policy. Some offers are third-party affiliate offers. AffiliateEx may receive compensation when entrants click, sign up for, or complete certain offers; this helps support Rewarding Area operations and prize promotions. Offers are optional and do not affect entry or odds. Each partner operates independently, has its own offer terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, and offer rules, and controls its handling of information submitted directly to it. Review those documents before continuing. The configured tracking systems may record clicks and partner-reported server-to-server conversion events for attribution; a click alone is not treated as a lead conversion.
Brand names and non-sponsorship
The promotion is operated by AffiliateEx / Rewarding Area. Apple, Amazon, Walmart, PayPal, Cash App, and other third-party names or marks identify the advertised prize only; those companies do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or operate this promotion.
Winner list and contact
For promotion questions or to request the names of confirmed winners, email support@rewardingarea.com within 60 days after the applicable monthly drawing. State filing and publication check
The sponsor will make any registration, filing, bonding, prize-security, and winner-reporting submissions required by applicable law before the relevant promotion begins. Where a filing is required, the promotion will not begin until the submission deadline and requirements have been met.
Rules version date
AffiliateEx began operations on July 28, 2025. These Official Rules take effect when published for the applicable campaign. The sponsor will operate each monthly promotion in accordance with these rules and applicable law, including any required state filings or prize security before entry opens.
